I have a passion for cooking, family, food, and entertaining. I am the owner of The Charcuterie Board and also created a Gelato Food Truck here in Chicago! I believe in the Mediterranean principles of cooking and I’m on a quest to share with you how I turn whole, real foods  into a healthy, balanced, and delicious way of life.  I have a desire to preserve generational cooking, while also keeping my eye on the evolving modern food scene in Italy.
